Reservation Policy

100% non-refundable advance deposit at time of booking.
Check-In time is after 12:00 noon and Check-Out time is before 11:00 a.m.
For guests who would like to be absolutely certain there is a room available at early arrival or later departure, we request you to please include the room in your booking for the night before arrival/ night after departure.

Alternatively, we do check-in/ check-out formalities, and leave luggage secured by reception area. Guests make use of our common washroom facilities and relax in garden/restaurant area and use WiFi until their time of departure from the property.
At check-in all guests are required to produce a government issued picture ID.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
Breakfast timings are 8:00 – 10:00 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

Strictly No Smoking & No Cooking allowed in the rooms or balconies. We have a dedicated smoking area.
For renting 2 or 4 wheeler, a valid driver's license should be produced. Should you be interested in renting a 2 or 4 wheeler, then kindly notify us at earliest possible so that we can organize the same for you. During season time these are in high demand and unavailable if not reserved in advance.
Any damages to property will be charged accordingly at check out.
No outside food is allowed to be brought to the rooms, with the exception of fruits & alcoholic beverages.
